Director Phyllis Bastarache is looking for 7 men and 5 women. Ages ranges vary from 30’s to late 50’s, with one female role in her early 20’s. Auditions will be comprised of readings from the script. Rehearsals are Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings. This is one of Neil Simon’s funniest plays, his timeless comedy received Tony award nominations and was made into “Plaza Suite”, a movie starring Walter Matthau. A later television movie adaptation starred Carol Burnett playing all three female roles. There are a lot of options for classic comedic acting in Footlighters October/November production of Plaza Suite so please come join us. Rehearsals start in mid-August. It’s A Wonderful Life—A Live Radio Play

Auditions Sept 16 and 17th, 7:30PM

Director Tony Filipone is looking for 5-6 individuals- men and women.

Ages teens and up are invited to audition.

Auditions will be on an individual basis. Auditions are private. Each will be asked to come upstairs & read from pre-determined monologues & will have to demonstrate different voices.

The ability to create a ‘theater of the mind’ with your voice is important – actors will be playing multiple characters  (sometimes at the same time!) during the show.

Also looking for an actor to play the ‘sound effects engineer’ – a detail oriented person that can rapidly shift from one sound effect to another live on stage during the performance. Will train.

Auditions will be readings from the script along with other actors.
