Green Day's American Idiot is recommended for mature audiences. This production will include harsh language, actors in various stages of undress, non-firing gun replicas, portrayals of domestic abuse, attempted suicide, and sexual acts, as well as simulated smoking and drug use. Additionally, strobing lights, theatrical smoke, and loud sounds, including pre-recorded gunfire, will be utilized in this production. American Idiot is a punk-rock musical featuring a live band. Sound levels may be higher than what you normally expect for musical theater. Ear plugs are available in the box office.
